Karissa Hays is the Executive Director at Kinship Pointe Wayne. Karissa has worked at Kinship since 2013 and aspires to create a warm and safe environment for the seniors in her community. Karissa attained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Dakota in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and holds her PHR certification.
Karissa is native to Wayne, NE, and enjoys raising her family with her husband in a small town with a big heart. Beyond the work hours, Karissa enjoys volunteering with many organizations including Kiwanis, church, Wayne Area Legacy Fund, 4-H, and Boomerfest! Karissa’s favorite pastime is watching her children play sports and learn new musical instruments
